3.1 Unauthorized Placement

Clients must place skips in areas where they do not obstruct traffic, public pathways, or violate any local regulations. Unauthorized placements may result in additional fees.

4. Usage Terms

Our skips are intended solely for the disposal of household, commercial, or industrial waste. The following terms apply:

Proper Use: Skips must be used in a manner that ensures safe disposal and does not pose a hazard to others.
Weight Limits: Do not exceed the weight capacity of the skip. Overloading may result in additional charges.
Avoidance of Hazardous Materials: Prohibited items are outlined in section 5.

4.1 Prohibited Uses

5. Prohibited Items

6. Liability

Damage to Property: We are not responsible for damage to property caused by improper placement of the skip. Clients must ensure the placement area is suitable.
Contents of the Skip: Clients are solely responsible for the contents placed within the skip. We assume no liability for loss, damage, or disposal issues of the waste.
Third-Party Claims: Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from the use of our services.

6.1 Insurance

Clients are advised to arrange for insurance cover if they require coverage for potential personal injury or property damage. We recommend verifying such coverage with your insurer.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that circumstances may arise necessitating the cancellation of a skip hire. The following policies apply:

Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the stipulated time frame, minus any administration fees.
No-Show Policy: Failure to be available for skip delivery may result in additional charges.

7.1 Rescheduling

Clients wishing to reschedule their skip hire must contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

8. Responsibility for Waste

Clients are responsible for the proper segregation and disposal of waste. The following requirements must be met:

Segregation: Separate recyclable materials from non-recyclable waste.
Legal Compliance: Ensure that the disposal of all materials complies with local and national regulations.
Documentation: Maintain records of the types and quantities of waste disposed of.

8.1 Illegal Disposal

Clients found to be disposing of illegal or prohibited items will be subject to penalties, fines, and termination of services without refund.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Skip Hire Hampstead operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that area.

10. Amendments
